Saying my final farewells to summer tonight, took a walk on the beach at sunset with the wind in my hair and a flimsly scarf knotted across my body. I’m going to miss these quiet nights under the stars, poolside lounging and endless shopping trips with my mom, I find great solace in knowing that if I want, my summer vacations can always be the same. Not in a monotonous way, but rather, an ode to my childhood, comforting traditions I can always faithfully return to. Daily life is busy and overloaded with work, so these summers back home are such a privilege to me. Saying that, 2 and a half weeks and I am ready to go back to the city! Paris, here I come!
