I could literally come up with a dozen people this outfit reminds me of, such as Carmen Sandiego or Jenny from The Block or Michael Jackson – but what I can’t encourage enough are scarves tied into bandeau tops. I am sure you all have at least one pretty vintage scarf somewhere in your wardrobes, so get tying them into tops, its such a flattering look, I promise!
