The countryside, to me, is a place of simplicity, a total anti-fashion location- as much as I love clothes, my house in Spain is where I can temporarily escape fashion. So instead of an array of crazy shoes, I’ll pull on the same basic pair of sandals everyday- and with an adamant refusal to wear anything tight in this hot weather, its either a bikini or some sort of flowing dress. Long hot days, doing absolutely nothing except relaxing by the pool or running around with a relentlessly energetic dog. I travel back to Paris tomorrow, I’ll be cramming my suitcase with home comforts, such as boxes of chai tea and satchets of cinnamon oatmeal- to enjoy back in my apartment with the fresh tingle of a sunburn on my cheeks. So, if you have missed Paris on my blog, don’t worry you will be reunited with her streets on Saturday evening! More tomorrow!
