What I’m Wearing: H&M Fur Gilet, Vintage Black Cropped Sweater, Stradivarius Necklace, Miss Selfridge Tapestry Pencil Skirt, Zara Heels & Sisley Clutch
This faux fur vest is probably my favourite A/W piece I’ve bought so far this season. And I purchased it a couple weeks ago, when life was a little stressful/rough and so I like to think of it as a winter shield of some sort – clothes can be incredibly comforting and at times, for me, a form of therapy. And I’m not talking about the curing powers of shopping, but instead, the simple act of putting something cosy and pretty on that you love – it can really work. I’m telling you, it can really make you feel better. So next time, work is stressful or your bills are ridiculously expensive or your boyfriend is driving you crazy – just forget it all and throw on your favourite rags! More tomorrow!
