What I’m Wearing: Boohoo Breanna Midi Skirt, Boohoo Grey Marl Crop Top, Boohoo Sienna Heels & Boohoo Lola Sunglasses
The midi – not a mini, not a maxi – an ankle grazing in between. It was a style that mystified me – I had convinced myself that by hiding the majority of my leg, a midi would enhance the peculiar slimness of my ankles (seriously, I have big feet and ridiculously skinny ankles – it looks hilarious. I used to be so self-conscious about this that I would avoid barefeet in public). But with all clothes, you gotta try them on. And so, long story short, I fell in love with the midi. I’m still battling with my tiny ankles/big feet combo – but I think that’s a life long saga that really is too boring to go into anymore detail. However, I am obsessed with these Boohoo sunglasses, super round, exceptionally oversized and with reflective lenses? That is like a 3 in one perfect combo. Doesn’t get much better than that.
