Oh the rain, most of the time, I hate it. But then on other occasions, on a silent Sunday, it can be a beautiful excuse to sit inside and enjoy a party for one, complete with steaming mugs of chai, thick leopard print socks and sad, slow music. And then maybe, post-party, head out into the drizzle wearing wintery colours with hints of summer draped across your shoulders (you know, to maybe feel the rain on your skin, but only momentarily) – and so sometimes the rain can be enjoyable, even if only to capture my favourite sorts of photos, blurred and bright and hazy. More tomorrow! Photos: Anastasia Nielsen
