Went for lunch by the sea today with my Mom. If there is one thing I especially miss about Spain, its being so close to the beach – and I love the coastline during the winter. There is a serenity that covers the shores, the same shores that are chaotically covered with people during the summer. Being at home is as close to meditation as I think I’ll ever get. I am much more of a city girl at heart but a week or so tucked away in the mountains is beneficial for everyone, don’t you think? More tomorrow! Almost Christmas time!
