What I’m Wearing: Vintage Blazer, Olive Boutique Sweater, AX Paris Floral Jeans, Coach Bag & Vintage Brogues
Talk about a print clash, right? I’ve had this blazer since my university days, and the brogues, they mark my first visit to a “Marché aux Puces” when I first moved to Paris. This coach bag actually belonged to my mother for years – I had always admired it and after a friend of hers gifted her a very similar one, she gave me her old version. So I guess today I am wearing a lot of memories – and those are my favourite garments, ones that have seen you through a stage in your life. It is my vintage pieces or my mom’s hand me downs that have the most substance, and they mean so much more to me than my more expensive/designer clothing. What do you guys think? Are there clothes in your wardrobe that are more souvenirs than statement pieces? More tomorrow! Photos: Anastasia Nielsen
