Nothing better than a quick half hour frolic through the park to keep me happy. With the paths completely blanketed in golden leaves, it was the perfect setting to photograph my favourite winter jacket – I love how huge the fur collar is, no need to wear a scarf! So cosy! I try to take a walk by myself everyday, even for just 10 minutes. Living in the city, we spend so much of our time cooped up indoors – in our tiny studios, stuffy offices, underground on the metro. Fresh air is good for the soul there is something undeniably therapeutic about quickly slipping outside for a few minutes of solitude. More tomorrow! Photos: Nicolas Girault
