What I’m Wearing: George Asda High Waisted Striped Bikini, Fashion Pills Sunglasses, ASOS Double Pearl Earrings & Vintage Balmain Scarf
Hi from the pool girls, the only place to be in this close to 40 celsius heat. Now, I’d love to tell you that this is what I wear during my everyday poolside sessions, but that would be nothing but a wonderful lie. Usually, I’m sweating, covered in oil and awkwardly splayed out worshipping the sun. But I thought why not wear something pretty for once and maybe, find someone to get some photos of me too? I’ve always loved high waisted bikini styles but found them unflattering on my rather large hips. All it took was these stripes to tempt me into trying a pair – and while I’m not totally convinced, I can’t help but love how retro they look. So I threw on some huge pearls, tied a vintage scarf through my hair , got my red lipstick out (Bobbi Brown Classic Red in Matte, it’s the best, try it, I promise you will love it) and made a beeline for the pool.
