I quite simply adore Oasis’ latest campaign, ‘love my denim, love my dog‘ which so wonderfully showcases their new season denim through the relationship between women and their pups. Naturally, I was desperately keen to get involved, so when this picnic basket bursting with goodies arrived, Biba and I were thrilled. We immediately began planning our picnic, which we enjoyed this morning at the park. Her wearing the only clothing she owns as of yet; a statement scarf and me in a matching denim dress. There was fruit, nuts, a muffin that was demolished too quickly to make it into the photographs as well as a box of dog treats addressed to Biba personally. It was such fun shooting this, Oasis is one of my all time favourite brands and I am always so proud to support and feature them here – their campaigns are faithfully good fun, with a refreshing emphasis on the story telling capabilities of clothing rather than just selling stock. I salute them for their creativity, and this campaign might just be their best yet. I will certainly be framing some of these photographs for my home as a memory of a simple morning, one that left me giddy with happiness – all I truly need is a patch of grass with Biba by my side for a good time.
