You already know, I am a clean eating fanatic. I spend more of my income on food than anything else that appears on Frassy, and so as I slowly introduce more lifestyle content here, I thought I’d begin sharing my healthy eats. Starting with my breakfast bowl. Now I love acai  and chia pudding too, but these options require time and as a very groggy-verging-on-moody morning girl, I typically opt for the easiest and fastest breakfast option. In fact I could hardly call this a recipe, it takes only a couple minutes and you basically just chuck a bunch of goodness into a bowl. Before anything and if you don’t already, you need to acquire a nut and seed collection. Those of you who follow me on snapchat will have seen that my refridgerator shelves are lined in jars and bottles of every kind imaginable from chia to lin to almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and beyond. They are an incredible source of protein as well as fibre and also one of the few things I will snack on throughout the day. As for my breakfast bowl, alongside a shamefully huge coffee, this is what I will eat every morning – it is SO filling and typically I won’t need to eat again until 3 pm or so. Also, I think I should emphasize how easy this is, you simply pour a little bit of everything into a bowl and drizzle with some honey. So easy, even if you are in rush to get to work. Also, so healthy! SO HEALTHY!

Chia, Bran, Lin, Pumpkin Seeds. Almond Powder, Coconut Flakes, Shaved & Roasted Almonds, Walnuts. For Fruit I prefer blueberries & raspberries, however banana and apple are a cheaper but just as delicious option. Cold pressed honey for drizzling and the yogurt of your choice, dairy, soy or
what I use: almond milk yogurt. Sometimes I like to sprinkle some cinnamon on top, also, agave syrup is another great alternative for the honey.
