Earlier this week, I headed to Milan to star in Shoescribe’s new Spring/Summer Campaign video; “The Right Shoe…can change everything”. It involved a lot of my favourite things: handsome men, an abundance of designer shoes and one of the most impressive photo studios I’ve ever spent time in. Like most girls, I absolutely adore shoes – I have hundreds upon hundreds of pairs – its an obsession that I justify as a collection. So in the video, Shoescribe and I tell a story where my shoes possess not only a personality but also, a mind of their own. Hilariously, I end up in awkward situations as they lead me in all sorts of directions (mostly into embarrassing encounters with beautiful men). In the making of, I was able to spend a lot of ‘quality time’ with many of their new season’s shoes so believe me when I say, Shoescribe’s S/S collection is just wonderful. From Marni to Chloe to Alexander Wang to Giuseppe Zanotti, Kenzo & Tabitha Simmons – there wasn’t a single pair I wasn’t tempted to sneak into my suitcase back to Paris. It was a super fun day plus my first ever stint at acting – the Shoescribe team were very encouraging and despite the hard work we managed to all laugh a lot between scenes.
