What I’m Wearing: Hobbs of London Trench Coat, Tally Weijl Blue Button Up Blouse, Zara Breton Sweater, Lee Cooper Skinny Jeans, Kelya Patent Flats, Mini Chanel Bag & Zero UV Sunglasses
Shopping, there is no better city for it than Paris. After pay day, I prefer rue saint honore – and on my more frugal expeditions, I’ll usually head to the marais for some vintage shopping. My latest purchases however stray more on the extravagant side; a pretty little box of Pierre Herme macarons and the most gorgeous black lace ribbon lingerie from Agent Provocateur. We all struggle to earn our money and however much (or little) it is, we deserve to treat ourselves from time to time. And recently, I have been throwing my hands up in exasperation over work – frustrated, deep in a creative funk and distracted beyond repair. So I took to the first arrondissement for some good old fashioned retail therapy followed by 2 excessively large cafe cremes in the sunshine near the tuileries. As for the outfit, like Peter Hahn, I am forever in search of French chic- while also incorporating two of my favourites this season, my Hobb’s trench and these pretty pointed Kelya flats. More soon girls, it has been a busy rush recently – I’ve been in 4 different countries in the last 7 days. Happy to finally settle down for a while before heading to Stockholm in a few weeks!
