Tuesday 15th of November, already? How did that happen? Funny how this year stretched out slow and yet sprinted all at once. If I were an iphone, my battery level would be yellow; less than half percent soon on it’s way to red, the colour that demands a charge. I need one. I’m tired,I’m ready to rest, plug me into a wall, lie me down on my side and leave me be for a while, yes please. In fact I’m so sleepy I clicked ‘bid now’ one too many times on ebay and now these vintage Chanel earrings are mine. As for the words I usually write? Time ran out today, my energy dissappeared prematurely too, quite like the sun and the little motivation I do have will be chanelled into stepping onto a treadmill in an hour. I guess all I can hope is that these beautiful earrings provide enough to distract from the brevity of this post. I promise something more long-winded, a faithful ramble…tomorrow.
