Well here we are loves, August – the height of summer and I for one have officially melted away. Both motivation and energy flew away in the same way July did. It’s difficult to even manage brushing my hair in this heatwave, so alongside Primark, I photographed some of my fuss-free, easy to slip on, comfortable and minimally sweaty summer ensembles.
I hope you can take some inspiration from these, because even I as a fashion influencer am finding it hard to get dressed in the morning. Mostly because by 8 am, my apartment is already scorching hot, Biba is already panting and the ice in my coffee is melted by the 2nd sip. It’s impossible to feel fresh in this heatwave. I’m sure you can relate. So here we have it, some affordable solutions for the fellow souls who are sweating as much as I am this summer. As for other tips? Be by a body of water as often as possible, use silk scarves as a means of distraction from frizzy hair and wear low heeled sandals or espadrilles, basically any shoe style is a summer blessing.
